Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to:
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Manages and leads a team of HR consultants / Business Partners.
- Acts as a member of HR Management team.
- Supports managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes, grievances and devises dispute resolution strategies.
- Acts as performance improvement drivers and provokes positive changes in people management.
- Designs and maintains organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
- Encourage positive working relationships with business managers to proactively identify people and culture needs.
- Focus on key priorities, takes ownership and is personally accountable for actions to deliver business results for dconcept.
