     Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to: 

    • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
    • Manages and leads a team of HR consultants / Business Partners.
    • Acts as a member of HR Management team.
    • Supports managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes, grievances and devises dispute resolution strategies.
    • Acts as performance improvement drivers and provokes positive changes in people management.
    • Designs and maintains organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
    • Encourage positive working relationships with business managers to proactively identify people and culture needs.
    • Focus on key priorities, takes ownership and is personally accountable for actions to deliver business results for dconcept.
    • Sets ambitious, tangible and measurable targets, reviewing and evaluating progress against targets, timelines and budgets.
    • Ensures the organization performs safely, effectively and efficiently and delivers excellence and execution, taking personal responsibility for achieving results. 
    • Analyses and uses data in order to make informed decisions to drive sustained business results
    • Focuses on delivering timely performance with energy, persistence and resilience.
    • Demonstrate visible commitment to safety, health and environment, encouraging other to actively and appropriately manage risk in the delivery of business goals. 
    • Ensure projects are kept within schedules and delivered on time by coordinating availability and access to critical resources across functions. 
    • Focus and priorities work stream according to overall business goals.   
    • Maintains a clear cous on maximizing efficiency, continually questioning the value of activities against business priorities and safety outcomes.
    • Makes links between relevant information and impact on divisional performance, recognizing when key data is missing and where to source it from.
    • Produces a number of workable solutions to meet the customer service demands of a situation and remains constructive, positive and persistent in the achievement of goals.
