Our client, a fast-growing global tech company is looking for a proactive and confident HR Generalist with strong administrative skills to support their growing business.
This role will suit a confident and experienced HR Generalist with a responsive, positive and collaborative approach
What will you do as an HR Manager?
· HR Administration - manage all HR processes and procedures ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
· Manage annual salary process
· Liaison with finance/payroll about all staff benefits
· Global HR support
· Set up the induction program for new starters
· Recruitment - take full ownership for the recruitment process
· Manage compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc.
· Prepare and issue paperwork and chase up after reviews are completed
· Collate training requests and follow through on specific actions
· Ad hoc activities
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
· CIPD qualified
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
· Generalist HR background
· Thorough understanding of statutory requirements
· Knowledge of reviewing and implementing HR policies
· Employment law knowledge
· Payroll and pension experience
· Strong administrative skills
· Friendly outgoing
· Excellent communicator
· Fluent English & Arabic speaker
