We are looking for an intern for our Product Solutions team. In this role, you will support us in scaling up our business and developing innovative and future-proof product solutions that focus on global market and client needs. Your core activities:

Supporting conceptual development, implementation and launch of new product solutions and reports

Supporting the creation of documentation and quality assurance of existing product solutions

Keeping up to date with market trends and evolving topics, gathering all relevant information and presenting it back to the team

Focus will be mostly on our Digital Readiness solution, which assesses competencies relevant for performance in the digital world of work

Additionally, you will get the opportunity to support the creation of client focused proposals, leveraging your knowledge of psychology to help design targeted solutions to achieve clients’ requirements You are a great fit if:

You are a student who has completed at least 2 semesters

You are enrolled in a programme with an emphasis on psychology, ideally organisational / business psychology

You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing

You have basic knowledge of selection and assessment and the words “psychometrics” and “digital” spark your excitement

You are competent with MS Office

You catch up on things quickly, work with attention to detail and on your own initiative

You are a team player who can quickly adapt in a dynamic and changing business environment

You would like to stay with us for a paid internship lasting at least 10 weeks What we offer:
