Internship - Project Information Flow and Task Definition (Qatar based intern)

Siemens are looking for an energetic, proactive and entrepreneurial Business or Engineering Intern to join the team in Qatar.

It Requires Coordination With The Project Manager And The Office And The Supportive Site Personnel Reporting To Him In Order To Achieve The Following

The role is to review and document information and task flow for a large project.

• Identify all information flows to each role working on the project
• Identify all the tools and software used to communicate information
• Review, rethink and define and roles and workloads based on information flows and tasks
  

This role is suited to a business administrator with a good understanding of engineering project workflows, and with a well structured, accurate and logical approach to analysis. Experience of software such as spread sheets and data bases is important.

You should be currently based or an in Qatar to qualify.
