At OMRON Healthcare Europe we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who can provide exceptional support to the business, by bridging business problems and technology solutions. You will be responsible for improving processes, products and services through data analysis and software solutions analysis. You will also be a key player in co-developing and executing the analytical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate data and business requirements. Define user and business requirements
• Develop functional specifications and detailed program design specifications. Execute unit/string/system tests, develop documentation and train the business
• Reach out to functional business areas to ensure that their information needs are met
• Enhance the value chain and operational efficiency by developing Alteryx and Tableau solutions and by providing application support to business users on Data Access Studio
• Manage deliverables and timelines within the project management structure and provide documentation that supports the business systems
• Chair the project review meetings with the business process owner(s) and chair change board meetings
• Partner with the business to identify opportunities for logical and procedural improvement related to and beyond the Analytics scope; including process improvement, system selection and strategic development
• Ensure optimal functioning and compliance of data, data integration and data warehouses.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven business analysis skills
• Track record in cross functional process improvement projects
• Experienced with systems Tableau and Alteryx (preferred)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• 7 to 10 years’ experience (preferred)
• Master’s degree
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
