Does this sound like you?

- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware and networks – a must
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – a must
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail – a must
- Knowledge of Office 365, MSSQL servers, Windows servers and Apple servers – a must
- Ability to understand end-user problems and convey them in technical language to other IT professionals
- Fluent bilingualism (French/English)
- Legal software experience – an asset

Your day-to-day:

- Act as a link between end-users and external IT support
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration when possible
- Maintain licences and upgrade schedules
- Monitor computer system performances for potential problems
- Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
- Provide advice on most suitable IT choices for the company
- Handle administrative tasks for computer-related orders and invoices, maintain service catalogue and licence documentation and renewing upgrades
- Work on IT projects and report to the VP Operations
