Job Summary

The IT Program Manager provides leadership for the planning, execution for key Programs and Projects within Katerra IT. With a strong emphasis on IT Infrastructure and Applications, this position will lead multi-disciplinary programs across IT and work very closely with business functions in Katerra.

This is a hands-on role and the candidate must have strong track record of leading complex technical initiatives and demonstrated experience in large data centers, factory or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

The IT Program Manager will lead programs and projects through the full lifecycle, and responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving and program/ project managing, intricate projects with clear plans and communications at all levels and to all parts of the business.
• Developing and communicating best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking communication, and key performance metrics.
• Participation in IT Project financial management, monthly forecasting and budget planning.
• Tracking and monitoring cross-functional project milestones and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of IT, business partner and organizational objectives
• Actively managing risk and mitigation strategies for programs and projects
• Exceptional people management skills, project managers, business teams & leaders, partners, technical resources
