    To provide confidence and direction to the multicultural team daily by empowering them to serve guests with the highest quality food. To be able to understand and effectively manage daily operations and provide creativity for the growth of the business regarding the Kitchen.


    Your Goals

    • Increase quarterly testing scores by 5 percentage points.
    • Increase the overall quality of our team to an A score, and find and hire two higher talented individuals annually.
    • Decrease our labor percentage by .50% - .75%.
    • Holding team members accountable to the values of Chick-fil-A LBJ & Midway.
    • Establishing a 27.99% in food cost.
    • To evaluate and reevaluate all systems in order to improve for greater business growth.
    • To effectively create schedules for team weekly.
    • To have a comprehensive knowledge of inventory, and the process of End of Month and truck orders.
