With 100+ highly experienced, certified cyber security experts, researchers and analysts, majority of our tier 3-4 expertise comes from Israeli Intelligence. This group strategize, develop and execute all cyber security activities locally and globally. Individuals and teams in this group work closely with client cyber security team and customer CISOs, CIO’s and/or senior business management on business & cyber security strategies and solutions.

Job Purpose

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to deliver services
Oversee and drive client security architecture activity
Manage security engineer poolDevelop information security architecture standard, artefacts and requirements
Work alongside solution architects/engineers and designers to ensure security frameworks are in place on key projects
Engage with key stakeholders to align the business strategy with the security architecture
This position will be based in Paris, France and will be required to work closely with client and UST Global/CyberProof stakeholders.


Key Responsibilitys

Engage with key client stakeholders, Head of Security Design & Solutions to develop and capture security architecture requirements and principles.
Engage with Head of Security Design & Solutions to develop security architecture engagement model with client.
Based on the established principles, develop client Security architecture building blocks and define Security Architecture reference model.
Collaborate with Security Engineers to help develop logical and component security architectures for the building blocks identified and reference architectures.
Collaborate with Security Engineer to identity requirements for standards, patterns to support the implementation of security architecture building blocks and reference architectures.
Engage with key stakeholders to align the business strategy with the security architecture
Manage a team to Security engineers to design and develop technical security solutions
Provide guidance and support to Security Engineers during projects
Identity and raise staffing requirements to Head of Security Design & Solutions
Participate and oversee the recruitment of Security Engineers to the team
Work alongside Solution Architects/ Engineers and Designers to ensure security frameworks are in place on key projects.
Present and support progression of the security design through various gates within the project lifecycle.
Rise a policy waiver process for non-compliant designs to ensure they are reviewed and approved by Ensure a policy waiver process and risk acceptance process are followed if design are non-compliant to policies and standards
Ensure security designs are updated and archived on relevant design repositories
Ensure Security Engineers updated on Project lifecycle methodology and security design governance requirements

Must have Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISM or equivalent) strongly preferred
Member of IISP or have the qualification, skills and experience to become a member
Experience in Information Security field > 6-8 years
Experience in security architecture > 6 years
Proven experience in working with network security technologies such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, web application, firewalls, DNS security and network access control; or
Proven experience in working a wide range of programming languages and the development of security solutions
CLAS, CCP IA Architect, CISSP or similar qualifications preferred
Fluent in English

Desired Skills :

An MSc Information Security would be desirable but is not essential
