Major Responsibilities:
- Timely sourcing of pool for Recruitment and Selection
- Preparing of official documents, letters and inter office memos
- Data management in hard and soft form
- Developing smooth coordination with all internal stakeholders
- Ensuring implementation of various policies
- Management of biometric attendances of the employees
- Developing emails and presentations for official correspondence
- Preparing various reports as assigned by the executive staff
- Record Keeping of the data into automated / excel based solutions
- Leave Management of the employees
- Employee Grievance Management
- Verification of data i.e. Reimbursements, Documents, Cheques etc.
- Any other tasks of similar nature within the same department.
