    Responsibilities


    • Set targets and growth plans for future within the categories assigned to them
    • Monitor and evaluate all the rental gondolas and other secondary displays and make sure that they are utilized properly.

    • Coordinate with Brand and Country Heads to ensure timely implementation of promotions & marketing initiatives .

    • Responsible for monthly tracking of brand promo contribution per country.

    • Assist the Country Heads to develop and deploy trade marketing activities and initiatives

    • Responsible for in-store checks to implement execution of POS materials and initiatives

    • Reporting in-store execution pictures to the entire team on a monthly basis

    • Update monthly shipment, IMS and stock reports by Country and by channel.

    • Assist in tracking and analyzing country budgets monthly versus forecast

    • Lead planning process to build sales promo calendars by brand and channel

    • Collaborate with Marketing in designing planograms to improve spends efficiency and product availability

    • Consolidate market intelligence and track competitor actions (product quality, activations and pricing



    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
    • Should be good in Ms Excel
