1.       Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will also be considered.

2.       Experience : More than 5 years in central plant operation. Experience in health care facility is an added advantage.

 

 

Job descriptions

 

1.       Supervise the team for HVAC validation and update end user for the progress of work on daily basis. Review the validation reports and make sure that all parameters are within the design range and maintain the validation record.

2.       Review the daily operation log sheets / books and make sure all equipment are operating at its optimum level and escalate to Sr Operation engineer if any abnormality noticed.

3.       Carry out daily plant room inspection in order to assure the proper operation of equipment and escalate to Sr Operation engineer if any abnormality noticed.

4.       Support senior operation engineer for maintenance of central plant including boiler and LPG .

5.       Make sure all test runs for emergency equipment are carrying out as per schedule and review the test report .

6.       Prepare daily report for ‘ Operation engineer “ and submit to Senior operation engineer

• 7.       Follow up for the facility inspection points ( Operation related) with support partner and update the report to be submitted to Quality assurance engineer.
