Looking for an experienced Office Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:
Receive and distribute mail.
Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information.
Manage paper records until retired.
Operate office equipment including computers and supporting word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Maintain appropriate inventory of forms and standard office supplies.
Maintaining the neatness of the reception area to provide a positive image to clients and visitors.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Previous experience is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
