Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility to design and implement the strategy to launch Circ in your city and have an option to stay to manage it.
• Recruit, manage and lead local operational team - warehousing, logistics.
• Represent Circ to key city, community, partners, and media stakeholders.
• Playbook creation and knowledge sharing through communication with Circ HQ and other teams globally.
• You will build and participate in local operations from every business aspect including logistics, recruitment, marketing, business development with HQ support when required.
• Create business opportunities through partnerships, events and daily representation of our business within your city.
• Development and constant improvement of business processes, implementation of fast growth initiatives.
• Take ownership, responsibility for the successful launch - be the voice of your city.

Requirements

We are flexible with requirements for this crucial role, but general must-haves are below.

• Around 3-5+ years of experience in operations, business development, consultancy, supply chain or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous initial experience in hiring and leading a team (preferred).
• Flexibility is key to be successful in this role. You are ready to travel as we launch city after city, able to adapt fast to every new environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use all available resources to get the most value, apply creativity to find technical, logistical and recruitment solutions.
• You are independent in identifying tasks, building solutions and coping with challenges.
• Passion for changing an old-fashioned way of short-distance travel, excited about the environmental impact of each and every ride.
• Willingness to step up to a leadership role quickly as you will spearhead your city launch and will be the key player of setting it up for success.
• You speak Arabic and English fluently.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
