Principal Role: Perform production activities to correct standards and specifications

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure planned production is fulfilled with the aim of achieving on time delivery of product.
• Lead by example in terms of time keeping, attendance, quality, productivity, conduct etc.
• Provide appropriate assistance to all team members and remain accountable for their capability and conduct.
• Recording problems, rework details and highlighting any improvements necessary.
• Carry out training to maintain skills and to meet future requirements as required.
• Mentor team members when requested by Supervisors/Management.
• Support the development of successful behavior and skills within the team through constructive and timely feedback.
• Assist Team Leader (if appropriate) as requested.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in work areas and actively support any new housekeeping initiatives.
• To carry out all tasks in accordance with Rockford Xellerix Quality Manual and Health and Safety processes and procedures.
• To support and effectively communicate changes to standards, policies, processes and products to ensure the team are fully informed and positively adapt to change.
• To interact and communicate with all other team members to ensure a professional and consistent environment is developed, maintained and enhanced.
• To perform all duties as directed by the Team Leader/Supervisor.

• IPC 610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License from UAE preferred.
