Job Summary


Manage the day to day operations of the department in order to meet set business objectives. The Public Health Pesticides Unit Manager drives the department to reach desired sales results, market share and geographic coverage. In addition to this, has an ultimate responsibility to maintain collection and debt ages at acceptable levels, and maintain an acceptable balance of goods at the end of the year in line with the general policy of the company.

 

Job Responsibilities



•     Strengthen and develop the department of Pesticides towards achieving the specified targets.

•     Manage sales forecasting in line with the company business plan and prepare the required sales report.

•     Contact our Suppliers and coordinate forecast with them.

•     Formulate sales targets for all technical team and ensure that these are achieved.

•     Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits to the customers’ premises.

•     Support the General Manager with up-to-date market information about all products and suppliers.

•     Attend exhibitions and meet international and local suppliers and distributors to influence and negotiate agreements, clauses, prices, discounts, etc.

•     Follow up with the Sales Technical Team to monitor their work performance, and to identify the most important locations that have not been visited by the sales team.

•     Generate complete information about each supplier that includes: Brand, formulations, specialty, market position and its strengths and weaknesses.

•     Evaluate competitors’ situations, market inflation, and recommend appropriate tactics to the General Manager.

 

Job Requirements

     Bachelor Degree in Agricultural(Pesticide - specialist in Public health pests.

•     7 to 10 years experience in pesticides products, public health and usage.

•     Fluent English and Arabic language written and verbal.

•     Local Driving License.
