Product Manager - Payroll

Main Duties:

• Devise & manage the product strategy for payroll & its end-to-end high quality execution.
• Enhancement of overall customer value proposition, service delivery, process optimization, portfolio volume & revenue growth.
• Development of new avenues for business growth, sustainability, profitability & contribution towards new product initiatives.

 

Product Manager - VAS (Value Added Services)

Main Duties:

• Plan, implement & measure overall FBL value added services being offered through ADC.
• Ensure growth of FBL VAS portfolios & their positive contribution.
• Strategize customer analysis, market research & behavioral trends of target market in order to provide above the line customer experience to FBL customers.

 

Product Manager – Priority

Main Duties:

• Continuously monitor the market dynamics, competitor offers & tactical opportunities which might impact FBL customers or provide an opportunity to improve the CVP (Cost, Volume, Profit).
• Align propositions & strategy to continuously improve the product menu/propositions.
• Ensure NTB growth by tapping various product bundling and cross-selling opportunities with ADC, CF & WM products & services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputable institution.
• 6 to 7 years of experience in relevant business area.
• Motivated, persistent & result oriented.
• Strong team management & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with all tiers of the organization.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
