We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our new Discovery team. The teams focus will be to "Help people find what they want to eat, even if they don't know it yet themselves" That’s besides building new features for both our Apps and Web. Motivating the team with a clear and elevating goal each sprint while working closely with your key stakeholders is your second nature. This means you can communicate easily with different people within and outside the organisation.

Your job

Your team is based at our main IT office in Enschede and you will report to the Product Lead Apps & Web in Amsterdam. Scrum and Agile come naturally to you, as well as motivating developers to tackle new and interesting challenges. You can deliver high quality work within a challenging time frame and are able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment. Your tasks

• Represent the team towards the rest of the organisation and act as the first point of contact
• Translate business requirements into clear and fully defined technical stories
• Managing sprint planning and coordinate releases
• Pro actively communication with stakeholders, keeping everyone up to date
• Align team goals with company goals
• Providing vision and direction to your team to deliver value constantly and iteratively
  
  

Your profile

• At least 4 years of dedicated Product Owner experience
• Experience working with UX and UI
• Academic degree and preferably a technical background
• You are able to explain complex and abstract systems to your team and to stakeholders
• You are naturally comfortable working in an agile team and you can deliver high quality work within a short timeframe
• You are a team player and motivator. You value the input from each person in your team
• Experience within a hyper growth e commerce environment is a plus
