Your Responsibilities

Understanding the needs and delivering value to our 1,300+ partners, incl.

the world’s leading brands and online retailers, is at the core of
Stylight’s activities.

As Product Owner to 5+ engineers you own the partner product vision, run

strategic and company-wide projects, and motivate the team to deliver
according to your prioritized roadmap.

Come up with new ways, products or services to help our partners reach

their individual marketing goals thereby strengthening Stylight’s ambition
to be the fashion, home&living and beauty industry’s best partner.

You obtain partner feedback, measure and analyse KPIs and define actions

and features to improve our services.

You constantly communicate with and relate to all internal and external

stakeholders along the value chain to make sure your team works on the most
valuable improvement at any time.

You understand the company’s value chain and always prioritise and decide

according to the big picture business value.
Your Profile

You have a high sense of user empathy, can understand partner needs and

business constraints to prioritise the right things to be built.

Have a degree in a strongly analytical subject as well as bringing

substantial practical experience as Product Owner, or Project Manager.

Enjoy working in a cross-functional environment and act as a growth driver

bridging business and tech.

Interested in tech and expertise in working with data, you are familiar

with Excel and SQL.

You take responsibility, are not afraid to call decisions and ready to back

it up with data.

You bring strong communication skills in English.

Not afraid to get your hands dirty to get your point across easier.

Your Team

The Business Development Team consists of ~30 team mates, Full Stack

Engineers, Business Development Managers and Technical Account Managers. It
owns the business with our clients, from integration to performance
reporting.

We do work agile, visualize our tasks on analog boards, and do

pair-programming to foster knowledge sharing.

We are not afraid to build new things. Business Development consistently

gets recognitions at internal hackathons.
