Production Planning Executive

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Production plan for all machines as per order commitment date to utilize maximum capacities.
• Coordinate with production department for follow ups.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine current loading and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Update date new orders on daily basis as per job orders.

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and and update to sales reps.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, delay etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Keep paperwork organized.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff as per need.
• Prepare & Present performance presentation for weekly meeting and able to answer queries raised my the Management.

Job Specifications:

• Excellent MS Excel expertise- Intermediate to Advance.
• Excellent Memory and Quick Mind
• Excellent Relationship building and ability to absorbed pressure.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of Prior Production Planning experience is preferred ( Fresh with good memory and excel skills can also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 to Rs45,000.00 /month
