Position Summary

View, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead our presence in Saudi Arabia. The Regional Director is the primary company representative and manager in their territory, responsible for all Account activities from lead generation through collection. He/she will be responsible for driving 100%+ annual growth in bookings and shipments, creating and nurturing key customer relationships, and strengthening View’s position as an industry leader and as the future of real estate. This is a critical, highly visible, and highly impactful leadership position, requiring close collaboration with industry leaders, customers, View’s executive team, and the entire commercial organization. The position will be based in Saudi Arabia.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Grow and lead our account and sales teams to strengthen View’s position as an industry leader, and generate over 100% annual growth in Saudi Arabia
  • Work with View’s leadership to establish growth targets, develop strategic and execution plans to meet these targets, and lead, manage and inspire the account and sales teams to execute successfully on these targets
  • Development and execution of territory-based opportunity pipeline, account plans. Meets quarterly and annual quotas
  • Qualifies and prioritizes accounts and opportunities, and then actively engages them through warm network introductions
  • Develops Account Executive and Account Associate teams, prioritizes prospects, and mentors colleagues to close new business
  • Drive a high performance, results oriented, growth mindset and culture in the sales team. Hire and develop sales leaders and rock stars who consistently exceed growth targets, have a culture of serving rather than selling customers, anticipate and quickly solve customer issues, and develop strong teams.
  • Develop and execute plans to build long-term relationships with key customers and industry leaders that result in delighted customers and View as the basis of design for all their real estate assets
  • Become a leader in the Indian real estate industry and in the local community

Desired Skills And Abilities
  • Experience building sales organizations, leading and developing teams
  • Positon the sales team for success; creating process, infrastructure, measurement, metrics, a playbook, and tools for the team
  • Proven track record of adept leadership to develop strong and effective relationships with internal functions including marketing, business operations, strategy, product management, and manufacturing
  • Have experience managing and closing complex enterprise sales with long sales cycles to C-Level Executives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper growth, and continuously evolving environment
  • Exceptional integrity, business judgment, and work ethic
  • Strong listening, probing, communication and presentation skills

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or similar preferred
  • 10+ years of experience driving high sales and revenue growth, preferably with technology products and in real estate or related industries. Familiarity with commercial construction / real estate / architectural specification is a plus but not required
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in technology companies
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets, building strong customer relationships, and new customer acquisition

Travel 25-40% within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Internationally
