JOB DESCRIPTION



• Understanding the needs of customers;
• Developing and maintaining strong long term relationships with current customers;
• Determining the tools and channels for reaching potential customers and expanding customer base;
• Agree and implement weekly call plans for all potential customers;
• Following the trends in hospital beds and equipment market and developing new marketing strategies;
• Achieving sales targets while optimizing customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring monthly and weekly sales targets
• To follow up order process, from order to delivery and after sales service.
• Working on Tender documents and replying customer needs with recommending suitable products
• Following, organizing and participating health and medical exhibitions.
• Solves customer complaints by investigating problems; solution development; preparing report; To make recommendations to management,
• Reports management reports by submitting results reports such as annual reports and weekly work plans, monthly and annual regional analyzes,
• Focus on market research, finding new customers, finding new markets and new opportunities,
• Follows up on customer payments , ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
