JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understanding the needs of customers;
- Developing and maintaining strong long term relationships with current customers;
- Determining the tools and channels for reaching potential customers and expanding customer base;
- Agree and implement weekly call plans for all potential customers;
- Following the trends in hospital beds and equipment market and developing new marketing strategies;
- Achieving sales targets while optimizing customer satisfaction;
- Ensuring monthly and weekly sales targets
- To follow up order process, from order to delivery and after sales service.
- Working on Tender documents and replying customer needs with recommending suitable products
- Following, organizing and participating health and medical exhibitions.
- Solves customer complaints by investigating problems; solution development; preparing report; To make recommendations to management,
- Reports management reports by submitting results reports such as annual reports and weekly work plans, monthly and annual regional analyzes,
- Focus on market research, finding new customers, finding new markets and new opportunities,
- Follows up on customer payments , ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
