is responsible for ensuring that we have great continuous supplies plans in place; that our continuous supplies assets are in good condition and ready to go when required and that our response is done in a cost effective and timely manner. The role also particular focus on planning and strategy for PR19 and ensuring that the business cases we submit for changes to kit and depots are the best they can possibly be. You will be part of a team of varied focus and experience, which combines to make an exciting learning environment, driven by proactive improvements and reactive responses to incidents. You'll learn about incident management, alternative supplies, the opening of retail competition and of course Continuous Supplies, becoming one of our business experts. This is role is based on a four on four off 11 hour shift rota of the following shifts: Morning • 5:30am - 4:30pm Afternoon • 1:30pm - 12:30pm Nights • 9:30pm - 8:30pm

With experience of working in a customer facing role, the successful candidate will also have proven success in delivering customer satisfaction, along with experience of working to targets and organising and prioritising your own workload. You will be providing support to both internal and external stakeholders so having good Communication skills would be advantageous.

As a Network Response Technician your key skills and competencies will include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Great problem solving skills and are able to think for yourself • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities • Good decision making skills • The ability to work well in a team • The ability to build rapport and establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • An understanding of how this role fits into the wider business need and incident response

Qualifications:

• Full valid driving licence • Category C Licence (Desirable) • Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) • Additional driver training qualifications – e.g. Advanced Training / IAM (Institute of Advanced Motoring) • NRSWA

• Salary of £27468 per annum plus £4,993.48 shift allowance • Company Vehicle • 25 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days per year

Location:

This is a full time role based on an approx. 44 hour working week working within our site in Longbridge/Warwick up to February 2020. The role expectation with then be to move to the base location to Minworth/Birmingham. Therefore flexibility to this is required.
