Sales Executive 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lebanese female Sales Executive to work for the fitness services company in Dubai. 

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service 
• Answer questions about services of the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Follow up the clients 
• Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information

Requirements

• ENGLISH and ARABIC is a must
• Proven experience as a Sales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to potential and current clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
