Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily activities of Sales Force Effectiveness function
  • Monitor the evolution of Sales Effectiveness key indicators and recommends actions for improvement
  • Prepare and interpret sales and market analysis, enabling the organization to have the info on time and ensure the quality and accuracy of the deliverables/support
  • Manage projects and execute analyses for Sales Force such as incentive plan and performance management, segmentation & targeting, territory alignment, resource allocation and market analysis reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and robustness in Sales Force Effectiveness systems; measure sales calls' efficiency, providing qualified input and offer improvements
  • Conduct trainings to the Field Force related to Sales Effectiveness and CRM areas
  • Coordinate relationship with partners - Software Development companies, data providers
  • Support in cross-functional sales force related initiatives to improve productivity

 

Ideal candidate should have:

 

  • Economy or Statistics Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years of SFE experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools

 

Candidates with strong communication skills, proactive approach and analytical mindset are preferred
