Responsibility

Key Accountabilities

To achieve annual volume targets line wise as agreed with ASMs for specific area /territory.

• Handling of secondary sales of distributers and direct sales to retailers on regular basis
• Responsible for meeting debtor targets as agreed with ASM on monthly basis
• Ensure that all statement of accounts of customers/dealers within the area is duly signed every month and market issues are amicably resolved.
• Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets
• Ensure to provide clarity after formal approval from ASM on discounts (monthly, annual special schemes) & trade marketing schemes to the trade team and customers
• Install post machines as agreed with ASM
• Ensure compliance to corporate governance and values, and HSE as per company policy
• Determine the credit potential of each customer falling in the prescribed area, & recovery plan from each customer on a cyclical basis.
  
  

Experience

• Min. Bachelor’s degree Preferabbly Masters degree from reputable institute
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
• Responsible, hardworking, with strong analytical skills
• Must have knowledge of MS Office advance
