Overview: The primary role is to communicate with Educate clients, maintaining client’s records, support in all sales and marketing initiatives and ensure excellence customer feedback for Educate services.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1.Sales
- Support the team with after sales activities.
- Perform sales data and process analysis to assure integrity of our processes.
- Maintain Educate effective customer follow up system.
- Support the HOD with sales cold calling.
- Make requested customer appointments through diligent and smart follow up.
- Support the ongoing sales initiatives as requested by the HOD.
- Effectively manage client’s feedback, complaints and incidents according to the ELLC policies and procedures.
- Act as point of contact for Educate with their corporate clients.
- Maintain client’s records such as contact info, meetings, emails correspondent, client’s proposals, contracts, feedbacks, etc.
- Build a monthly report on all sales activities.
- Create and maintain customer filing system.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Participate in company functions when needed.
- Be prepared to take on additional roles and responsibilities with the required training on a temporary basis.
