We are looking for a fun, dedicated highly skilled and reliable Westerner FEMALE ONLY Senior Aesthetician Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role as part of our spa staff, ensuring the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience possible for our clients. You should be self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently. Excellence in customer service is a must. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for selling our beauty and skincare products, so sales experience is a plus.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Welcome Clients and explain the list of products and services
• Perform skincare services, such as facials and wraps, as requested by client
• Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products
• Conduct pre and /or post-treatment consultations for clients with problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin
• Cultivate a clientele of repeat customers by incentivizing their return with coupons and promotions
• Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops
• Help orient and train new staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent- Associate degree is a plus
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same field, providing Accreditation
• Current state esthetician's license in good standing PLUS DHA LICENSE
• Significant work experience as aesthetician or similar role
• Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare products and cosmetics
• Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time well and prioritize work
