Senior Consultant - Insurance

We are looking for a Senior Consultant expert in  Strategic Management Consulting, with focus on Insurance industry.

Activities and responsibilities:

Acting as a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in strategic projects with a high impact on the client business.

Your role will be focused on the execution of project tasks in a proactive and responsible way, on the coordination of part of the project team and on supporting the Project Manager in client facing activities.

Specifically, the project tasks will be related to data analysis, new business/ operating models definition and business case evaluation.

Furthermore, to be fully in line with the role, you will need to be able to:

- Lead the project tasks by adopting a problem solving approach;  

- Adopt analytical skills on business issues analysis;  

- Show a professional oustanding in challenging situations, acting as a model for junior colleagues;

- Take on responsibility for the results of the workstream;

- Collaborate with project team members, with a strong inclination for team working.

Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting;

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

- Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively;

- Good knowledge of English.
