This position will work closely with internal partners in finance, marketing and strategy, and human resources in the preparation of business research and analysis that will help drive decisions that will continue to drive shareholder value. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing different investment vehicles, and relative risk factors, to optimize the use of available cash;
- Developing and maintaining the corporate model used to project long term profitability and future share price;
- Oversight of the internal administration of all ESOP functions, including forecasting current year impacts and changes and preparing the accounting entries required;
- Maintaining the work schedule with internal and external stakeholders related to all ESOP matters, to ensure deadlines are being met;
- Working with the Marketing and Strategy team on long-term financial plans and assist in the financial analysis of potential new business initiatives, new market sectors and new geographies;
- Partnering with the Human Resources team on maintaining financial models related to incentive compensation plans
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in Finance, in an analytical role
- Education: Degree in Business, Math or Economics; CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Prior experience working in an ESOP company is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of detail and accuracy;
- An aptitude for researching and understanding complex technical issues, and the ability to clearly demonstrate both orally and in writing;
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external clients and all levels
