    Job Purpose:

    • With digital media evolving as one of the most important media vehicles, the position holder will be required to ensure that Zong 4G brand is also the leader in digital sphere.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that Zong 4G brand is the leader in digital sphere;
    • To conceptualize the digital strategy, gauge ideas, oversee the go-to market plan and execute the ideas on digital/social media landscapes;
    • Proposing platforms on various media touch points which includes ATL/TV and BTL/Activations ensuring amplification of the brand on traditional as well as unconventional mediums;
    • Ensuring that the Zong brand puts forth a strong positioning; therefore, the position holder would be responsible for devising brand strategies, consumer insight generation, communication strategy, communication big idea development;
    • Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution (including TVC development); maintaining and enhancing the brand equity of Zong should also reign supreme as a key KPI;
    • Supporting business and end-to-end roll out of new products and services launches in coordination with respective product/segment managers;
    • Monitoring, evaluating and applying learnings from Brand Health Indicators and other researches;
    • Managing and enhancing business relationships with external partners (creative agencies) for best quality, efficient and cost effective communication solutions;
    • Ensuring strategic as well as tactical input to product teams, senior management regarding marketing communication and touch-points;
    • Understanding competitor’s strategy & working and proactively propose counter measures;
    • Responsible for social media buying and content development for the entire Zong brand portfolio.

     

    Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):  


    Education:

    • Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.

     

    Work Experience:

    • Must have 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the relevant domain.
