Job description / Role:


The Sales Representative is responsible for renting to and educating customers about Nour Energy’ product portfolio, facilities and services.


Reporting into the Sales Manager and working closely with the wider Business Development Team, the role holder will be part of a team responsible for providing high quality and proactive business development opportunities.


The Sales Representative will be given an assigned territory and will be tasked with its growth and maximizing revenue and profit against agreed targets by converting and sales proposals into confirmed orders.


This is predominantly achieved through field-based sales activity and account management of both the existing customer base and new business.



Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively look for new sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Organizing sales visits.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Establishing new business
  • Negotiating contracts and packages to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services
  • Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects

Essential:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in rental sales / specially in power generators. 
  • Proven experience as a sales Representative or relevant role.
  • Bachelor’s degree In A Relevant Field.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus.
  • Experience with customer relationship tools.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Saudi Arabia industries sales experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license is a must
  • Should have a transferable Saudi Iqamah
