  • Our client, a newly established government agency, which acts as a platform for social innovations and development is currently in search of for an experienced Economic Behavioral Psychologist to provide insights on economic social behaviours as well as apply behavioural science techniques to effect these behaviours and provide approaches for interventions in the form of nudges.

      

       

    Key responsibilities:


    • The select candidate will work on designing and implementing ‘nudge theory’ as part of program delivery to address social challenges. He or she will deploy standalone nudges; use nudges to boost effectiveness of programs and help to identify incentives needed in order to increase productivity, satisfaction and achievement through Nudges.
    • The role will focus on providing insights, recommend approach and methods, implementation and lastly review and analysis. He or she will conduct research on behavioral economics and generate behavioral insights. Develop a psychologist’s research that changes the behavioral patterns in a person's life and study the causes of particular behavioral patterns as well as examine behavioral trends in society.


    Key requirements:


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity as a Behavioural Psychologist
    • 3 years of experience in full approach from insight to implantation and then analysis of Nudge Theory
    • The select candidate must have Master's, or Doctoral degree in Psychology with exposure Economic Behavioural Field.
