Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for managing the overall purchasing/procurement portfolio.

KPI / Key Accountabilities (KPI):

• 100% stock available on time.
• 80% expired stock return to the supplier.
• 99% accurate reporting on daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily reporting on marketing purchase and supplier percentage.
• Daily reporting of purchase history.
• Document and filing.
• Supplier POC update daily basis.
• Lahore to Karachi stock movement. Record keeping and update.
• All enable and disable record maintain and intimate to category till issue resolved.
• Forward all PR raised by category team to the supplier within one hour.
• Maintain a minimum quantity of stock.
• All purchase order sent to the supplier on timely.
• Strongly follow up with the supplier and stock reconciliation with a system.
• Arrange Stock from the market on time.

Job Type: Internship

Salary: Rs10,000.00 to Rs15,000.00 /month

Experience:

• Supply Chain: 1 year (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)
