Agro Hub Is Looking For A Supply Chain Manager For An Expansion Of Our Team
Responsibilities of Supply Chain Manager:
· Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
· New product development process(food and spices related) to the time of shipping to customers.
· Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and management.
· Determine key supply chain KPIs and train and evaluate team members.
· Suggest solutions for process improvements.
· Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
· Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
· Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
· Analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports and present findings to upper management and other departments .
· Make pay load of every container.
· Monthly audit at the factory.
· Supervise Store Department and keep a check on the inventories.
Requirements:
· Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 4 years, preferably in food industry.
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
· Team player.
· Good time-management skills.
· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
· At least BA in Supply Chain Management.
