About your Job
The main purpose Technical Lease Projects Engineer is to:

• Plan and manage timeline deliverables technical aspects for series of end of lease (EOL) projects.
• Ensure all required documents are in compliance with Aviation Regulations requirements and Lease Agreements.
• Liaise with onsite Lessor representatives to complete aircraft and records inspection during mid lease / EOL phase.

Accountabilities :

Operational:

• Periodic inspection of aircraft together with technical records review for readiness prior to end of lease phase, ensuring all requirements as per the Lease Agreement is satisfied.
• Review of structure repairs and compiling structure repairs mapping file.
• Compilation of life limited parts back to birth traceability for Airframe, Engines, APU and Landing Gears.
• Review of shop visit reports for Engines, APU and Landing Gears.
• Review of components (hard time / OCCM) to align with Re-delivery conditions as per the Lease agreement.
• Review and finalise Re-delivery check work scope with the Lessor and provide AMP Compliance Report.
• Provide technical support for sale and lease back transaction which includes aircraft physical inspection and records review by prospective Lessor.
• Coordination with lessor for mid lease inspections (aircraft physical and records review).
• Coordination with Flight Ops for Re-delivery test flight and with QA for aircraft de-registration post re-delivery to the Lessor.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About you

Qualification:

To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma with basic Aircraft Maintenance Licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience.

Job Specific Skills:

General Knowledge of Aircraft Systems, Maintenance Environment constraints.
Knowledge of CAME/Part-145 Regulations and functions. Command of English language
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Ms Project.

Preferred

Project management and execution.

Ability to communicate technical information to the sections inside technical department.
