Overview:-
Work closely with the business leaders in Malaysia and the Functional Sales and Operation team (in Shenzhen) to provide solutions and support the Business needs locally to meet the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in Operations / Transportation Matters
- Support the project manager in the setup of new service stations
- Prepare the Customs operations policies, standards, processes and solutions
- Prepare standard documentation
- Provide support to GM by working with functional groups to address operational issues and solve the issues
- Daily monitoring the performance of all agents
- Manage agent performance using standardized operational KPIs, implement performance-management programs and renegotiating subcontractor rates
- Familiar with Customs requirements
- Perform other duties assigned by management as required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a degree or equivalent related field
- Must be inquisitive, detailed and meticulous
- Pro-activeness is a MUST
- Must be able to work independently
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position
- Past experience in industrial engineering would be a definite advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
