Purpose:

The Account Executive will develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. It is essential that the Account Manager understands AAA Flag & Banner’s value proposition, and proactively optimizes marketing campaigns. Work requires substantial knowledge of best sales practices and AAA Flag & Banner’s materials, products, and services

Tasks:

• Primary responsibility is new business attainment.
• Required to visit all client.
• Maintain a current calendar of your events.
• Identify prospective customers, following leads from existing client, mixers, events, tradeshows, and conferences.
• Lead, manage and grow new client relationships.
• Ensure all financial obligations, if not on an account, are satisfied.
• Maintain collaborative relationship with all employees.
• Educate potential clients, effectively communicate value proposition and best practices.
• Consult clients on their project requirements, and partner closely with internal team members to craft thoughtful and creative solutions.
• Proactively and continually identify areas of opportunity.
• As the expert, answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses in a timely manner. If you are unclear of any questions, let them customer know and bring in specialist as needed.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to learn what opportunities exits and solicit orders.
• Collaborate with Production and Installation departments for Installation dates.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to provide ongoing support and resolve problems if they arise.
• Work in conjunction with estimating to create quotes to maximize profits, meet any customer needs, and input quotes and sales orders into the company’s NetSuite ERP system.
• Provide customers with product samples if needed.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
• Maintain all client data in CRM.
• Ask for referrals.
• Attend all AAA related sales meetings.



Knowledge:

• Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, communication and coordination of people and resources.

• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Professionally crafted communications whether written or unwritten at all times.

• Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
