List of specific tasks, and responsibilities an accounts and Admin officer will be expected to carry out are:
- Assess bank ledgers are being maintained and reconciled on monthly basis
- Maintain Petty cash
- Post entries into the Accounting Software i.e. Quickbooks
- Maintain the Acocunt receivables and payables on a weekly basis
- Perform Ledgers and Bank reconciliation
- Respond to ad hoc report request by management on timely basis
- Prepare and fill tax returns
- Prepare month-end financial reports
- Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports;
- Overall supervision of the finance & accounts department and administration functions of the company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month
