Accounts and Admin Officer

Location: Islamabad

List of specific tasks, and responsibilities an accounts and Admin officer will be expected to carry out are:

  • Assess bank ledgers are being maintained and reconciled on monthly basis
  • Maintain Petty cash
  • Post entries into the Accounting Software i.e. Quickbooks
  • Maintain the Acocunt receivables and payables on a weekly basis
  • Perform Ledgers and Bank reconciliation
  • Respond to ad hoc report request by management on timely basis
  • Prepare and fill tax returns
  • Prepare month-end financial reports
  • Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports;
  • Overall supervision of the finance & accounts department and administration functions of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month
