Agriculture Engineer

THIS POSITION IS FOR ACCREDITED AGRICULTURE ENGINEER ONLY.

We are looking for an agriculture engineer to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Some of the duties will include assisting and identifying client needs, answering questions about our products and services and recommends solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

. Greet and direct customers.

. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

·    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service.

·    Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.

·    To achieve and exceed set targets.

·    To provide administrative assistance to store management including, but not limited to, dealing with letters and correspondence, arranging meetings.

·    To issue quotations/deal with any customer query, and to file/keep track of all outgoing correspondence.

. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

. Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements:-

·    MUST BE CERTIFIED BY SAUDI BOARD OF ENGINEERS

·    University graduate with aptitude to grow and learn.

·    Must be a self-starter with ability to manage own workload.

·    Motivated and driven to develop both themselves and the business – to grow together.

·    Forward thinking with creative business acumen.

·    MUST BE FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH.
