• Getting shipments approvals,
• Coordination with vendors.
• Preparation of HAWB & MAWB.
• Arranging space with carrier
• Shipments tracking till arrival
• Issuance of invoices
• Dispatch invoices to vendors
• Follow up for payment recovery.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements

• Computer literate and proficient with MS office application
