Associate – Asset Management (Saudi Nationals)

A large Financial Institution with operations across MENA is currently looking for an experienced Associate, Asset Management to join their operations in Riyadh, Saudi. This position will support the member of the Asset Management Team in all stages of investment activity with focus on analysis, origination and transaction execution.

  

   

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare investment analysis of prospective investment opportunities in various asset classes. Create financial models, sensitivity tables, investment analyses, and other financial analyses required to evaluate and pursue investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to assist in the investment decision making process.
• Identify and source new clients, investors, partnerships and market opportunities in locally and globally.
• Be able to explain and present Investment case of a company in the portfolio to external investors.

Key requirements:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of investment real estate experience.
• Strong background in financial modelling and due diligences.
