Construction Manager

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join one of our Civil-Infrastructure projects. 


Candidates must also have Roads, Water treatment, Drainage networks experience for them to be considered for the vacancy.


Main responsibilities:

  • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities;
  • Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per the specifications;
  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, and plant;
  • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect/designer;
  • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
  • Overseeing quality control and HSE matters on-site;
  • Preparing reports as required;
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise;


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer
  • 10+ years of experience. At least 5 in Qatar as CM.
  • Previous experience as Main Contractor
  • Previous experience with Roads, Water treatment, Drainage networks
  • Language: Native/Fluent English required
  • Excellent managerial skills required
