  • Job Description


    Turkey's fastest growing office supplies company Avansas.com, looking for "Customer Analytics Manager" to lead our Analytics Business in marketing.


    • Leading cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and new opportunities.
    • Designing and implementing customer segment strategies / RFM models and also action plans.
    • Being a part of multi-functional business team, working closely with category, sales development and research teams.
    • Regularly monitoring monthly category sales, analyzing categories deviating from the sales budget.
    • Prepairing cartesian queries for the right target customers to offer right campaigns.
    • Making customer behaviour trend analysis, developing and executing action plans.
    • Defining strategies to retain and increase existing customer portfolio with upsell and cross-sell activities.
    • Managing analytics agency partners and interpretting outputs to sales teams.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s / Master degree (preferably in engineering or economics and administrative sciences).
    • At least 5 years experience in similar positions.


    Qualifications

    • Proven analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
    • Strong experience in segment management and base management (retention/churn) strategies / techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with teams coming from diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong planning and organisational skills.
    • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
