Experience:

5 to 6 years of relevant experience.

 

Role:

To be responsible for plant and machine maintenance.

 

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
• Lead Plant maintenance activities. Oversee all installations, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities
• Responsible to manage maintenance budgets, monitor and control maintenance costs
• Design maintenance plans in line with plant safety standards
• Lead, mentor and develop team of technicians

Competencies and Skills:

• Must have experience in SAP – Plant Maintenance Module.
• Must possess sound planning and analytical skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
