Constellation Agency, a social media agency with focus in the automotive industry, is looking for a graphic designer interns for our New York City office. The preferred candidate will think outside the box and work well under pressure. They will create innovative content such as immersive motion ads, motion graphics, web banners, and webpage UI. A successful candidate will thrive in a self-motivated and independent environment, managing conception and execution under tight deadlines. Applicants should excel in a variety of design platforms, specifically the Adobe Suite programs, and should have a focus in creating motion asses such as cinemagraphs.

•    Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)

•    Familiar with the advertising industry

•    Strong layout and typography skills

•    Motion graphic skillsResponsibilities

•    Create assets for client requests

•    Assist creative team with various assignments

•    Creating digital banners, advertising assets such as carousels and canvases for social media platforms

•    Still and motion deliverables for digital

•    Required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro). Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch a plus
• Breathtaking portfolio and content, with a focus on motion
• 4-Year College Degree, BA in Design, Photography, Video Editing or related field
• Great attitude and team spirit (willing to work hard in a startup environment)
• Copywriting skills and a writing sample a plus
