Driver - Part Time

We are a small family business based in Welwyn Garden City delivering high
quality frozen meals to the elderly.
Drivers are the face of our business and as such must possess excellent
customer service skills along with patience and empathy for our elderly
clients.
Modern small refrigerated vehicle is supplied.
Our friendly drivers deliver meals to the homes of our customers and place
the meals in the freezer for them.
A new position has been created for a Part Time Driver for 2 days a week.
Wednesdays and Thursdays.
A driver's day starts approx 6am and finishes between 2pm - 3pm.
The successful candidate must be flexible as they will be required to cover
additional days in the event of sickness and holidays. Notice of this will
be given.
You will be driving a small modern refrigerated van delivering to regular
customers on your round. You will be given smart uniform and full training
is provided.
All we ask is that you bring a happy personality to the role and a
willingness to give our valued customers the first class service they
deserve.
The successful applicant will need to have a checkable background as all
our staff are Police data- based checked ( DBS Check). You will need to
possess a Full Driving Licence with max 3 points allowed.
We offer excellent rates of pay and holidays are paid.
This is a role where you are giving an important service to the community.
