E-commerce Order Processing Agent

Base Camp Data Solution looking for e-commerce order processing; coordinate with suppliers to ensure orders are being processed/shipped.

Position Summary:

• Accurately process e-commerce orders by keying order data for shipments
• Enter a high volume of information while paying close attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service through communicating with customers via email and live chat
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure orders are being processed/shipped
• Uploading tracking to customer orders and monitoring inventory levels
• Monitoring and adjusting website inventory
• Entering new product data for the websites
• Editing product images, creating product virtual, using Adobe products
• Organizing product data to be listed
• Print shipping labels and check-in customer returns
• Other administrative tasks as directed

Position Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of online portals i.e Word Press, Magento, open cart, etc..
• Expertise in Adobe products (Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Must be Graduate in Business or Arts or IT
• Must be highly organized, detail orientated
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible and have a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high desire for quality work and accuracy
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel, Word and PC skills
• Work on any CRM will be a plus
