  • Job Summary:

    Lead the development, implementation and performance of products under Unsecured Lending business. Responsible for ensuring delivery of the revenue objectives of Credit Cards, Revolving Line, Personal Loans and Alliances Management using a mix of product development, portfolio management and customer acquisition initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance.


    Responsibilities:

    • Set the direction and strategy for the Unsecured business and responsible for multiple aspects of unsecured products, including new product development, market research, segmentation and targeting product offerings, implementation, sales integration and measurement of program effectiveness.
    • Grow Unsecured business segment portfolio profitably to scale by introducing products tailored to attract and retain customers.
    • Identify and lead the introduction of new service or capability enhancements to existing products to maintain or enhance competitive advantage, improve customer experience and drive product profitability.
    • Driver unsecured KPIs through new acquisition, activation, usage, ENR buildup and attrition management to sustain ENR growth and profitability.
    • Build forecasting, manage budget and cost allocation effectively.
    • Lead the delivery on product features development alongside partnership management.
    • Initiate and execute continuous process improvement and customer experience facilitating both on boarding and residing customer, including front end empowerment.
    • Strategize and execute campaigns and monitor post launch results to facilitate business growth expectations with delivery.
    • Lead overall relationship management with payment schemes & other payment channels to drive value both in terms of financial and card holders offers etc.
    • Lead and manage the Alliance partner relationship and ensure its effective utilization to increase valued partnerships and product/brand equity.
    • Facilitate rollout of product programs aligning risk assessment criteria with business needs.
    • Lead and manage team members to facilitate with their career progression.
    • Ensure regulatory and business compliance to deliver positive business results.


    Requirements:

    • Master in Business Administration/Management from an accredited university.
    • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant banking experience with more than 10 years’ of experience in leading Product role.
    • Sound understanding of Credit Policy, Customer Behavior & Business Management.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
