    Our client is a fast-growing independent provider of energy storage worldwide. The company was founded in 2006, by a major energy and commodities group, and operates in 14 countries across 5 continents. The terminal in Port Qasim is the leading independent storage terminal to supply the growing domestic market in Pakistan.


    The role


    You are given the opportunity to create and implement your HR vision to help build the organization from the ground up by using the HR and Management experiences you acquired during your career. As an experienced and objective HR Manager you are the sparring partner for the General Manager regarding all people and organizational matters.


    You are an ambitious self-starter who gets quickly entrenched in the organization and is interested in the business side of the company. You find ways to connect your HR plan and actions to the overall business strategy to create consistency on an organizational level. Based on your vision & experience you evaluate all current HR processes and initiate improvements where needed.


    Your excellent communication skills, creativity and sharp eye for talent enables you to inspire the people around you and untap the hidden human potential in the organization. You are recognized as the role model and gate keeper of the new culture of the company because you don’t hide behind bureaucracy and are not afraid to point out difficult situations at work.


    Responsibilities


    • Develop and Implement local HR strategy including all core HR processes.
    • Define HR Metrics based on HR strategy and report accordingly.
    • Develop employer brand in order to become the employer of choice in the region / industry.
    • Coordinate the performance management process and create a learning & development strategy that incorporates training programs for employees and connects to the performance management cycle.
    • Manage HR department and ensure data is accurate and complete.


    Candidate profile


    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
    • At least 5 years HR experience in fast paced, international commercial environment.
    • Deep understanding how HR adds value to the business and able to connect HR actions to business strategy.
    • Energetic Self-Starter who likes to build organizations from the ground up.
    • Ambitious, driven professional with strong critical thinking skills.
    • Strong HRD background to create and execute Learning & Development initiative.
